Food was sooo good! They actually had the real marinated carne asada instead of the fajita beef steak that every other truck seems to offer. Food was the best Mexican food I've tried in Texas so far. It helps to speak a little Spanish when ordering. Very authentic place!
Called in the order it was ready on arrival. Not what i am used to but it was good. Quesadillas were huge I couldn't finish a whole one. No guacamole or sour cream even offered. Nachos not as much cheese as I am used to but were good. We will be back! Thanks.
Went there for the first time today because I was craving Mexican food and omg, I was actually very surprised. When we came, there were three people in front of us and no one else there. I ordered the Birria tacos and Barbacoa tacos. My husband ordered the quesadilla and the mamalona burger. We wanted to try some foods we were familiar with so we can compare and also try new styles of foods we haven't had before. My husband said the mamalona burger tasted very fresh, hearty bite and that he couldn't put it down. I'm not a big burger person so I didn't have much opinion on it when I took a bite out of his food lol. Their barbacoa tacos were fresh and tasty and not dry. I love their birria tacos. It was the right amount of seasoning and flavor (not too salty). Their quesadilla was okay in my opinion. I was hoping for more cheese lol. The ambience is nice. Their tent kept everything inside warm and when we stepped inside, I was reminded of my time in Mexico. It was a nice "escape" for awhile as we ordered food and ate there. Will come back and update as often as we can!
